The Regulations are not the same as planning permission, they ensure that the work conforms to health and safety standards and that the work has been carried out correctly. Work using incorrect materials could mean that selling the property in the future is not possible.

- Electrical certificates
To ensure that any building work or garage conversion will conform to the Regulations a full set of plans should be submitted to the local authority.
PLANNING PERMISSION (if required) :
Once again you need not to worry as we shall apply and get all necessary documents in order and submit , we shall deal with the local council on a regular basis and keep you informed the whole way through.
